    Tom and Tammy Dishman acquired The Weaver Group Realty, Inc. in November 2022 through their limited liability corporation, Just Relaxin’, LLC. Tom is originally from Seminole, FL and Tammy is from Ohio. Together, they have two adult children. 

    Tom has 30+ years of Sales experience at the Executive level. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Florida and is a graduate of the Ritz Carlton School of Leadership Culture of Excellence program.  Tom is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate SL3564834 and an expert negotiator.

    Tammy also has an extensive background in Sales and Office Management. She has recently completed her coursework ‘s a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and keeps the books at The Weaver Group Realty, Inc. Tammy has a great eye for Interior Design and increasing functionality.

    Tom and Tammy are experienced in Buying and Selling Real Estate, having bought and sold many properties over time. In Ohio, they flipped houses and now manage Vacation Rentals.
